Black and white versions are created using Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) with Nylon PA12 powder. A high-powered laser fuses the nylon particles layer by layer, building the part from the ground up.

Clear, tan and semi-transparent versions are made with MultiJet Printing (MSP) with VisiJet material. Tiny droplets of photopolymer are precisely jetted layer by layer and cured with UV light.
