Orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days after being placed, though delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. For this reason, I’m unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages that show a delivered status.
If a package is officially marked as “Lost in Transit”, I’ll be happy to provide a replacement or refund.
